Quality

Thanks to the Foqus programme, we comply with national and international regulations and standards for nutritional quality. Our locations meet the most stringent international food safety and quality certification standards.

We make it as easy as possible for consumers to let us know if they are not satisfied with something. Our consumer hotline is printed on our product packaging. Everyone is welcome to call it to submit a complaint, and we use this feedback to improve our operations.

We would love to show the world what we do on our dairy farms and at our production facilities. Unfortunately, the quality guidelines we must comply with do not always allow this. It is not possible, therefore, to shadow a farmer or a factory employee on the job.

Unfortunately, visiting our factories is not allowed. Tours, company excursions and photo and video recordings are not permitted on site. This would be too risky not only for visitors but also for the quality of our products.

Each year, a number of member dairy farmers open their doors to the public during the Campina Open Farm Days. You are welcome to visit one or more farms and participate in activities on these days.
