Organic Guaranteed Price unchanged at 63.50 euros per 100 kilograms of milk
The Organic Guaranteed Price for February remains unchanged compared to last month. This is based on the expectation that the reference companies will not adjust their prices for organic farm milk, in line with the stable market developments in organic dairy.
The Integral Organic Milk Price that FrieslandCampina pays for organic milk from its member dairy farmers, is based on the Organic Guaranteed Price, supplemented with the maximum Foqus planet premium for sustainability efforts and a quantity bonus, after deductions for charges, costs, and seasonal bonuses or discounts. In addition, FrieslandCampina members may receive a Supplementary Cash Payment, the amount of which depends on FrieslandCampina's results, and the retained earnings policy adopted.

Explanation Integral Organic Milk Price
The Integral Organic Milk Price provides insight into the total compensation that FrieslandCampina’s member dairy farmers may receive per 100 kilograms of organic milk. The milk payment that individual dairy farmers receive monthly is calculated based on the value of the amount of protein, fat, and lactose according to a fixed ratio of 6:4:0, and based on the Guaranteed Price for organic milk at 3.58 percent protein, 4.45 percent fat, and 4.53 percent lactose excluding VAT, per 100 kilograms of milk.
The Organic Guaranteed Price is based on the organic milk prices from a number of dairy companies (reference companies) in countries in Northwestern Europe, with an average annual delivery of 550,000 kilograms of milk. The difference between the Guaranteed price and the milk payment arises from the deduction of charges, costs, bonuses.
For this calendar year, the seasonal bonuses and discounts have been set as follows: January 2.00 euros; February 2.00 euros; March -1.00 euro; April -3.00 euros; May -4.00 euro; June -5.00 euros; July -4.00 euros; August 1.00 euro; September 2.00 euros; October 4.00 euros; November 4.00 euros; December 3.00 euros.
In addition to the Integral Organic Milk Price, members of FrieslandCampina may receive a Supplementary Cash Payment, the amount of which depends on FrieslandCampina's results, and the retained earnings policy adopted.
