The Guaranteed Price for October decreases by 2.75 euros compared to the previous month. This decline is based on the expectation that the reference companies will reduce their compensation for conventional farm milk – in line with the recent sharp drop in commodity dairy product prices.
The Integral Milk Price that FrieslandCampina pays for conventional milk from its member dairy farmers, is based on the Guaranteed Price, supplemented by the maximum Foqus planet premium for sustainability efforts and a quantity bonus, after deductions for charges and costs. In addition, FrieslandCampina members may receive a Supplementary Cash Payment, the amount of which depends on FrieslandCampina's results, and the retained earnings policy adopted.
