After the German Bundeskartellamt recently approved the sale of the Landliebe and other brands, as well as the related plants, the transaction has been closed on 1 April 2023. Last Friday, the last working day at FrieslandCampina was marked with a ceremony in which the keys to the plants were handed to the Müller Group's management. The approximately 675 employees have now transferred to the Müller Group.
FrieslandCampina and the Müller Group will work together in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition of commercial activities. This process is expected to be completed by the beginning of June.
