Friesland­Campina Vietnam recognised twice at the UN Women 2020 Asia-Pacific Women’s Empowerment Principles Awards

FrieslandCampina Vietnam was honoured to receive two prestigious awards at the UN Women 2020 Asia-Pacific Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Awards in the categories Gender-Inclusive Workplace and Gender-Responsive Marketplace.

During its 25 years journey in Vietnam, FrieslandCampina has always supported personal development of women as a key factor in building a strong business. The principles of gender equality are clearly shown in all activities of the company’s talent development and empowerment strategy. During the years FrieslandCampina Vietnam has built various training courses focusing on leadership and management skills, winning culture, and lifestyle choices that inspire female employees to further develop at work while taking care of their health and well-being.

The WEPs Awards are supported by WeEmpowerAsia, a UN women program funded by and in partnership with the European Union. The aim of the program is to enhance gender-inclusive business cultures and to create more inclusive and equitable economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
