Renowned international reputation research company RepTrak unveiled its Top 30 ranking of companies in the Netherlands with the best reputation. In an event held on March 25th, Reptrak announced that FrieslandCampina finished fourth this year. This makes FrieslandCampina the highest ranking food company. ASML tops the rankings followed by Wolters Kluwer and Philips.
FrieslandCampina’s ranking was supported by its strong performance in delivering quality products and services, as well as its innovative practices. Additionally, its leadership, ethical conduct and commitment to citizenship were all recognised as key factors contributing to its positive reputation.
In response to this achievement, John-Paul Schuirink, Global Director Corporate Communication, emphasises that this recognition reflects a collective effort: “This result underscores the resilience and dedication of our company and cooperative. This is a huge compliment to our dedicated employees and member farmers. Securing a top 5 position, down one position from #3 last year in a year marked by significant challenges, is a testament to everyone’s unwavering commitment."
RepTrak utilises a comprehensive reputation model comprising seven key drivers, which are assessed monthly by the general public. These drivers include products and services, innovation, leadership, workplace environment, conduct, citizenship, and results. The aggregated scores across these dimensions determine a company's reputation score, ultimately determining its placement in the prestigious Top 30 ranking.
Moving forward, FrieslandCampina remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity and sustainability, while improving its financial performance and solidifying its position as a leader in the food industry.
