FrieslandCampina organic guaranteed price for July 2022: 62.75 euros per 100 kilos of milk
The FrieslandCampina organic guaranteed price for July increases by 3.50 euros compared to June (59.25 euros). This increase is partly based on the expectation that the organic reference milk prices will rise because of the continuing demand for organic dairy products. In addition, the increase includes a correction due to higher organic reference milk prices in the previous period.
In July 2022 the protein value is 1,006.74 euros, the fat value 503.37 euros and the lactose value 100.67 euros per 100 kilos.
The average FrieslandCampina organic guaranteed price for 2022 up to and including July is 56.11 euros per 100 kilos of milk.
The FrieslandCampina organic guaranteed price applies to 100 kg of milk with standard contents 3.57% protein, 4.42% fat and 4.53% lactose, exclusive of VAT. The amounts stated apply to an average delivery of 550,000 kg of milk on an annual basis.
On the basis of the monthly organic guaranteed price, a member dairy farmer receives an organic milk price. The milk price is based on the fat, protein and lactose content of the milk supplied by the relevant dairy farm. The difference between the organic guaranteed price and the milk price is caused by the settlement of fixed costs of 0.29 euro. In addition, there are supplements and/or changes depending on the season.
