Changes in Cooperative Board and Supervisory Board

Sybren Attema, Chair of the Cooperative Board and Supervisory Board of FrieslandCampina: “Since joining the Cooperative Board and Supervisory Board in 2019, Elze Jellema has made an enormous contribution to the vision, ambition, and strategy of the Cooperative and the Company. She played a key role in translating the cooperative vision ‘Melk met Meerwaarde’ (Milk with Added Value) into the clear and widely supported strategy ‘Koers op 2030’ (Course for 2030). On behalf of the Cooperative Board and the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank her for her dedication and valuable contributions to FrieslandCampina. I also extend my gratitude to Heiko Schipper for the valuable contribution he has made to the company’s strategic course since his appointment in 2019. With his extensive knowledge of management, consumers, and Asia, he has provided strong support to FrieslandCampina in many important strategic and operational opportunities and challenges.
