This year, FrieslandCampina ranks third in the Top 30 of companies with the best reputation in the Netherlands. This was announced by RepTrak on 23 March 2021. PHILIPS took first place, to be followed by ASML on number 2.

“As a producer of well-known brand products, a strong and solid reputation is really important to us. After all, our company name is on the packaging to be seen by the consumer every day again. I am proud of the fact that we have been able to maintain and even strengthen our third place. This result stimulates us to do even better next year”, according to Hein Schumacher, CEO FrieslandCampina.

In its ranking RepTrak makes use of the RepTrak reputation model, a model founded on decades of scientific research into reputation, image and business characteristics. This model is based on a total of 7 dimensions and 23 characteristics by which an organisation is assessed. All these elements together make up a reputation score. The pillars externally measure how the target groups think about various organisation-related subjects. These are, for instance, products and services, innovation, leadership, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and working environment. Here the opinions of both consumers and important stakeholders are taken into account.
