FrieslandCampina completes acquisition of Fabrelac
Royal FrieslandCampina has successfully completed its acquisition of the Belgian mozzarella producer Fabrelac. This completion follows approval of the transaction by the competition authorities. With this acquisition FrieslandCampina expands its cheese portfolio.
