In 2005, Valess products were introduced on the market as meat replacements. The brand has a varied product range, from Valess Gouda to burgers and steaks, yet all with the same bite and unique taste. Also, McDonalds uses the Valess products for their Veggie product line in Austria, Belgium, Croatia and the Netherlands.
