Terms & Conditions of Royal Friesland­Campina N.V. and its Subsidiaries

1.       Unless stated otherwise hereinbelow, or expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

Sales conditions

• the Terms & Conditions of Sale of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all sales of products by Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries; for convenience, there are translations of these terms and conditions available in Dutch, French, German, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish;
• the Additional Conditions of Sale of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries, shall, in addition, apply in respect of all sales of cheese products by Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries; for convenience, there is a translation of these additional conditions available in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish;
• The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of FrieslandCampina Ingredients North America, Inc. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all sales of products by FrieslandCampina Ingredients North America, Inc. and its Subsidiaries.

Purchase conditions

• the General Purchase Conditions of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all purchases of products / services by Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries;
• the Specific Conditions ICT of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries shall complement (and where applicable overrule) the General Conditions for purchases of ICT hardware; software and services;
• the Specific Conditions CAPEX and MRO of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and its Subsidiaries shall complement (and where applicable overrule) the General Conditions for purchases of Work as CAPEX investment, civil works; engineering services and MRO services.
