Being a company living up to its purpose and its values means that all of us must take responsibility. We do this by following Compass for good business conduct.
Follow our Compass
While doing our work, we are all confronted with obstacles, difficult choices and dilemmas. At such moments, our code of conduct should serve as our guide for good business conduct. This is why we have named it Compass. Our employees follow mandatory training courses and e-learning courses on these topics. This way, everyone knows what is expected of them.
Speak up
We ensure more than just physical safety. Employees must also feel that they can be themselves. We expect them to be able to address every form of discrimination, intimidation or unprofessional conduct. The Speak Up campaign encourages employees to report such incidents in the workplace, either by telephone or using an online contact point. Reports are treated confidentially and reporters' identity will be protected if they wish. Thanks to the campaign, the number of reports has increased by 14%.
