Dairy Development Program
Dairy farmers are the backbone of our supply chain, and it takes great pride in its industry-leading Dairy Development Program (DDP), which is designed to ensure inclusive growth and increased profitability for its farmers. The overarching goal is to aid the farmers in growing their farms and increasing the quantity and quality of their yield.
Community Engagement and Investments
We have been actively involved in community investments through the School Adoption Program since 2011. We have supported 7 schools near their facilities in Sukkur and Sahiwal. Additionally, we provided flood relief efforts in Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan, offering food, shelter, and free animal treatment camps to those affected by the recent floods in Pakistan, which displaced over 33 million people. In addition to these efforts, we extend support to farmers' families by awarding scholarships to its farmers' children for higher studies under its FC Scholars initiative.
Knowledge Sharing
Enhancing Women's Income via Intervention in Dairy
Our commitment to empowering rural women through the Enhancing Women's Income via Intervention in Dairy (EWID) Project has led to lasting impacts. we train and support Female Livestock Extension Workers (FLEWs) and Milk Collection Agents (MCAs), leading to economic empowerment, improved living standards, and community development. In 2025, 1,500 female farmers were trained, and 24 female-led collection centers were established.
Finance Solutions
In order to enhance the progress of the dairy sector, we persisted in offering financial assistance with subsidized interest rates through our esteemed partner banks like Bank of Punjab and HBL. Recognizing the challenge of credit accessibility for farmers, the Company facilitated subsidized loans for 45 farms and provided short-term advances, free of interest, to over 338 farms.
Life Insurance
To ensure farmer livelihood we partnered with State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), the country’s largest life and health insurer, to introduce a dedicated life insurance program for dairy farmers. The pioneering initiative aims to provide financial security insurance coverage for over 1,500 farmers and their families under the Dairy Farmers Program.
