Wajiha Hasan

Wajiha Hasan is the GM Legal & Company Secretary at FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited. She is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic legal advice to the board and senior management.

She has a proven track record in managing complex legal issues, including, but not limited to, all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, banking, corporate, capital market transactions, property, commercial, contracts, intellectual property, and corporate litigation. She is also adept at navigating the intricacies of corporate governance, ensuring that the company adheres to the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

She holds LLB (Hons) from University of London, United Kingdom and LLM in Commercial and Maritime Law from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. She is also a Certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
