Sugar reduction: work together on less sugar
As fuel for the body, sugar gives energy, but it does not provide the body with the vitamins, minerals and fibres it needs. Eating too much sugar can lead to overweight. Therefore FrieslandCampina has been working on structural sugar reduction of its products for many years.
2016 – 2025: international decade against undernourishment
Hundreds of millions of people all over the world are suffering from chronic undernourishment and micronutrient deficiencies. Expelling famine and preventing undernourishment is one of the worldwide objectives of the United Nations. In connection with this the UN have proclaimed the period 2016-2025 the ‘Decade of Action on Nutrition‘.

Unforgettable basketball trip for Asian children
Last October, 90 children from Southeast Asia made the trip of their lives to go and watch a live basketball game of the NBA Global Games China 2016. This initiative is a part of the cooperation between FrieslandCampina and the National Basketball Association (NBA).
