Jaska de Bakker new CFO FrieslandCampina
The Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. has appointed Jaska de Bakker Chief Financial Officer of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. as of 1 January 2018. She will succeed Hein Schumacher, who was previously appointed Chief Executive Officer at Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. as of the same date.
Jaska de Bakker has worked at FrieslandCampina since 1 January 2017 as Director Finance of the business group Consumer Products Asia in Singapore. Previously, she held the position of CFO of Royal HaskoningDHV, fulfilled various business development and financial positions at LEAF/CSM and was a strategy consultant at, among others, The Boston Consulting Group.
Effective January 2018, the Executive Board of FrieslandCampina will consist of the Chief Executive Officer Hein Schumacher and the Chief Financial Officer Jaska de Bakker. Additionally, an Executive Leadership Team will be set up comprising the Executive Board, the Presidents of the four business groups (Consumer Dairy, Specialised Nutrition, Ingredients and Basic Dairy), FrieslandCampina China and a number of corporate functions.
The Central Works Council of FrieslandCampina has been asked for advice on the appointment.

Hein Schumacher succeeds Roelof Joosten as CEO of FrieslandCampina
The Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. intends to appoint Hein Schumacher Chief Executive Officer of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. as from 1 January 2018. Hein Schumacher will succeed Roelof Joosten, who will resign as Chief Executive Officer. -
FrieslandCampina simplifies its organisation
Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. intends to simplify the organisation into four to be set up global business groups, being Consumer Dairy, Specialised Nutrition, Ingredients and Basic Dairy. A less complex structure will enable FrieslandCampina to more decisively respond to the market developments and to innovate better with respect to strategic priorities.
