FrieslandCampina came second in the annual survey conducted by the Reputation Institute. For the first time, the 30 largest Dutch companies were rated on their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reputation, among other aspects. The CSR Award was presented to FrieslandCampina at the Amstel Hotel.

In 2012, FrieslandCampina also came second. Philips came first. The ranking is based on the RepTrak™ model, which is used to investigate the reputation of companies in more than 30 countries all over the world, scoring them on a variety of indicators, such as products and services, innovation, leadership, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and working environment.
