The FrieslandCampina guaranteed price for raw milk for January 2017 is 34.50 euros per 100 kilogrammes of milk.
Organic guaranteed price for January 2017 48.00 euros
The FrieslandCampina guaranteed price for organic raw milk for January 2017 is 48.00 euros. The organic guaranteed price for January decreases with 1.50 euros compared to December (49.50).
FrieslandCampina supports phosphate reduction plan for the dairy sector and anticipates with temporary standstill measure
The Members’ Council of FrieslandCampina supports the intended phosphate reduction plan for the dairy sector that is expected to come into force in March 2017. The temporary standstill measure will come into force on 9 January 2017.
Members’ Council FrieslandCampina agrees with adjustment of reservation policy
On 20 December 2016 the Members’ Council of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. agreed with proposals from the Board for adjustment of the reservation policy, the milk price system and abolishment of the quantum premium. FrieslandCampina obtains key position in Central Asian dairy market through strategic partnership with Engro Foods
In partnership with the World Bank Group's International Finance Corporation and the Dutch development bank FMO, Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. has acquired a majority stake of 51 percent in Engro Foods – Pakistan’s second largest dairy producer. Through the strategic alliance, Engro Corporation will remain a significant shareholder and partner in Engro Foods.
FrieslandCampina takes over the warehouse of A-ware Food Group Workum
FrieslandCampina will be taking over the cheese warehouse of A-ware in Workum (the Netherlands) on 1 January 2017. This warehouse is located next to FrieslandCampina's plant in Workum. The warehouse has been used for some years to ripen the cheese of FrieslandCampina Workum for FrieslandCampina purposes.
Intended phosphate reduction plan for the dairy sector
