For our Corporate Centre in Amersfoort, we are looking for 

Sales & Operations Planning Deployment Managers
 
who are willing to travel to all our operating companies (with Amersfoort as base).

And, as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Deployment Manager, no one will play a bigger part in that challenge than you. 

Your job is to deploy the S&OP processes and tools at several operational companies. Thereforr you will have to measure the OpCo business case by the improvement of their relevant KPIs. In line with the required change you will identify the need for change and deliver process and tool training.  Conducting continuous improvement activities in the area of OpCo S&OP processes is of course also part of this job.  In short, you will become the OpCo S&OP process expert  at a time when efficient change management is crucial to our future. Already with some Demand and/or Supply planning experience under your belt, you also have good financial planning and analysis skills and some exposure to Sales and/or Marketing (commercial) business. The role will involve travelling 50-75% of the time, so the ability to act in different cultures on an international stage is vital. In short, it’s a great chance to make the most of your S&OP experience and use your polished influencing and analytical skills to bring about positive change.

You will be part of a highly motivated team to make all above mentioned happen.

 In addition to the above mentioned skills and experience, it is essential that you also have the following:
• Masters or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Finance
(APICS or equivalent certification would be acceptable if your degree is not in Supply Chain Management)
• Proven S&OP experience, preferably on the collaborating level
• Fluency in English
