accomplished senior corporate ift manager

If you have a good knowledge of all aspects of IFT production technology, the role of Senior Corporate IFT Manager offers the ideal opportunity to advance your career. FrieslandCampina is already a worldwide success, but we are never complacent or happy to stand still. Instead, we are looking to make a real step change in the area of IFT and take the quality of our equipment and facilities and the way we train our people to a higher level – and we want you to play a crucial role in getting us there. In the first 1-2 years we will look to you to lead the implementation and follow up of recommendations. You will initiate and guide IFT related opco/BG overriding projects, programmes and activities in a number of areas as you lead us towards the level we aspire to. This will include upgrading raw material control, packaging material control, end product requirements, factories, procedures and people’s behavior and knowledge. Along the way, you will initiate and contribute to a variety of projects aimed at improving quality, co-ordinate issues and crises management and lead the FC network (Council) on QA IFT. A role that is all about converting IFT requirements into the very best practical solutions for the future, you’ll need experience of managing big projects related to QA IFT and an excellent understanding of the raw material control, procedures, zoning, training and quality management involved. Accustomed to GMP production practices, standards and technologies in the iFT field and used to upgrading IFT factories and other departments to pharma-level, you have a firm grasp of the legislation around quality standards of infant and toddler food and nutrition and an understanding of international quality standards such as ISO and Codex.

In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience, it is essential that you also have the following:
• Academic degree, preferably in food technology, microbiology or similar
• 8-10 years’ experience of working at a senior level in the IFT industry
• Fluent English and Dutch
