Ambitious junior business analyst

If you are looking for a role where you can put your analytical skills, initiative and commercial insight to excellent use and take your first step towards a successful career in finance, you have come to the right place. Our Operating company Domo is enjoying significant growth but there is still some way to go in terms of operational improvements to cope with the increasing demand. Accordingly, there are many challenges ahead.
For instance, different data streams need to be connected to each other. We will look to you to analyse and align these different sources of information. Also, in the current set up, production always leads to a residual raw material stream, so the need to take an overview by quickly analysing data and making quick decisions that will eradicate this situation will also be your responsibility.
As well as contributing to the optimisation and expansion of systems and methods in the field of financial-economic information facilities, you will also get the chance to participate in a variety of multi-disciplinary improvement projects. Acting as a sparring partner for our Sales and Growth Initiative Management teams will be important too. Indeed, you will help them draft up business cases for issues such as pricing, capacity expansion and whey valorisation.
What’s more, you will make a big contribution to the financial-economic reporting process and, in addition to analysing, interpreting and advising on financial-economic data and results developments for the Sales Controller, periodically generate vital management information. 
A role that is all about getting to know the product and production process, there is an element of fun and a high level of interest involved as there are different production locations. For instance, when it comes to accelerated depreciation of machinery, it will be you who goes to look at the machines in the factory. 

To succeed, you will not only need the ability to analyse data but also to sell the message and put changes into motion, regardless of size. As well as taking an overview, you will regularly dive into the business and use your interpersonal skills to build relationships with, and influence a variety of people.
Accordingly, you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.  

In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience, it is essential that you also have the following:

• Max of 2 years' work experience
• University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
