Aid for victims of the Haiti earthquake
Amersfoort, the Netherlands -
FrieslandCampina is providing EUR 250,000 worth of milk powder to help the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti.
FrieslandCampina is making the donation on behalf of the company as a whole and of its member dairy farmers. It has been liaising with representatives of the UN World Food Programme to ensure that the milk powder reaches those who are most in need of help.
In making the donation, FrieslandCampina wishes to contribute to the provision of aid for the severely affected population of Haiti.
