Although these cheeses contain less fat, the special recipe and natural maturing process used by our cheesemakers ensures that you can still enjoy a full cheese taste.
Like our Gouda cheeses, our low-fat cheeses are also available in many variants. There are different stages of maturity, fresh or pre-packed, with or without herbs and even a cheese spread. Low-salt varieties are also available.
