Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. is a public limited liability company registered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, and has its central office at Stationsplein 4, Amersfoort. The Company’s Articles of Association were last amended on 2 February 2011 and are published on the Company’s website (link will follow when English text is available).
The Company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 11057544. At 31 December 2011 the Company’s authorised capital amounted to EUR 1,000,000,000 divided into 10,000,000 (ten million) shares with a nominal value of EUR 100. The shares are registered.
On the same day 3,702,777 shares were issued and paid up and all are held by the Cooperative.
