Co-operative Council
The 21 district chairmen jointly constitute the Co-operative Council.
The Co-operative Council is heard in the event of certain investments and divestments, acquisitions and mergers, issues advice to the Board on good practice regulations and to the Members’ Council about proposed acquisitions. This Council acts as a kind of sounding board for the Board.
